200MM8寸手提式防爆防油船用軸流風機
1.0.55KW防爆手提式安全軸流風機φ300裝配應(yīng)*按照產(chǎn)品作業(yè)指導書或產(chǎn)品圖樣進行。
2.安裝工作必須由專業(yè)人員進行。
3.風機在安裝前,應(yīng)檢查銘牌上所列技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)及使用說明書中的基本參數(shù)是否與實際使用情況相符,并檢查元件是否損壞、各部位是否完好、正常。
4.安裝時先將進線電纜通過引入裝置接到接線腔的接線端子上,并壓緊密封圈,使電纜密封好,接好接地線,緊固好螺釘。
5.上述各項檢查無誤后,即可通電運行。
6、設(shè)備在維護后開動時,需注意風機各部件是否正常。
7、定期檢查電機與機殼連接螺栓的緊固情況,檢查風機葉輪上各螺栓的緊固情況,檢查減振器連接螺栓的緊固情況。
8、定期檢查風機是否運行在工況范圍。
9、定期清除葉片表面積灰、污垢等雜質(zhì)。
10、定期為電機軸承更換潤滑脂,一般為三個月加一次,也可按實際情況更換潤滑脂。
11、風機應(yīng)定期檢查絕緣情況、螺栓是否松動。(注意:潤滑脂質(zhì)量不良,易造成電機軸承溫升過高。)
12.風機不得隨意拆卸,維護時,須斷開前級電源后才可開蓋檢修。
13.在維修過程中不得損壞隔爆面,合好蓋,緊固后即可使用。
14.風機應(yīng)定期檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)零件損壞應(yīng)及時更換。

8. Regularly check whether the fan is operating within the working conditions.
9. Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt on the surface area of the leaves.
10. Regularly replace grease for motor bearings, usually once every three months, and the grease can also be replaced according to the actual situation.
11. The fan should regularly check the insulation and whether the bolts are loose. Note: The quality of grease is poor, which is easy to cause the temperature of motor bearings to rise too high.)
12. The fan shall not be disassembled at will. During maintenance, the front power supply must be disconnected before the cover can be opened for repair.
13. Do not damage the explosion-proof surface during the repair process. Close the cover and use it after tightening.
14. The fan should be inspected regularly, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time.
